Tips & Tricks - Stamp Cleanliness Matters!

Keeping your stamp clean helps them last longer and keeps your images crisp every time you craft. A simple habit after each project makes a big difference.

Quick Tip:
Keep ink stained stamps clean with a simply moistened cloth or a cleaning tool. A quick wipe right after stamping prevents ink buildup  and keeps those fine details looking sharp.
Here are a few great tools to make stamp cleaning effortless:

+ Simply Shammy (#147042) This reusable stamp cleaning cloth makes cleaning quick and easy. Just add water and wipe your stamps on the shammy. The durable, thick lint-ree material cleans ink from even narrow grooves. (The ink will stain the shammy but won't transfer to your fingers or other stamps.) Its protable 5" X 7" size fits perfectly  inside a stamp case. (( This one is my favorite))

+ Stampin' Scrub (#126200) Keep your stamps squeaky clean with this double tray scrub system. Spray Stampin' Mist on one side to scrub stamps clean, then dry them on the other pad. The plush black fiver pads help remove ink from even the most detailed stamps. Folds closed for easy storage.

+Stampin Mist (#153648) A gentle cleaner that removes ink and helps condition your rubber stamps. Perfect when paired with the Stampin' Scrub for deep cleaning.

+ StazOn Cleaner (#109196) Best used when working with StazOn ink to minimize staining on red rubber stamps. After using StazOn cleaner, follow up with Stampin' Mist for the best care.

A clean stamp means clearer impressions and happier crafting

Lucky to Be Friends – A Sweet St. Patrick’s Day Tag 🍀

Today’s sketch is all things St. Patrick’s Day, and I had so much fun creating this adorable little tag! Projects like this are perfect when you want to add a handmade touch

to a small gift or treat.

This tag starts with a base of Soft Seafoam cardstock, creating a soft and cheerful background. The focal layer was created using the Modern Oval Punch, which frames the stamped design beautifully.

I stamped the sentiment using the Good Luck and Sweet Jar stamp sets in Garden Green ink, which gives the tag that perfect St. Patrick’s Day feel. The combination of the playful sentiment and sweet clover images makes this

design feel festive and fun.

To add a little extra charm, I created my own clover using a heart punch—such a simple and creative way to customize your design! By layering the punched hearts together, it forms the cutest little shamrock and adds wonderful

dimension to the tag.

I finished the project with a mix of ribbon, baker’s twine, and a few embellishments to give it a polished look. The textures and sparkle bring everything together beautifully.

This turned out to be an absolutely darling tag that would be perfect for attaching to a treat bag, small gift, or even adding to a handmade card.

Sometimes the smallest projects bring the biggest smiles, and this little tag is a perfect example of that. 🍀

If you recreate this project or use this sketch for inspiration, be sure to tag me — I would love to see your version!

Birthday Fun with Gears & Textures

Masculine cards are one of my favorite creative challenges. For this birthday card, I focused on building depth and texture using layered gears and distressed details to create that bold, industrial feel.

The combination of Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Basic Black, and Smoky Slate creates a rich, earthy color palette that feels strong without being overwhelming. Adding metallic elements and dimensionals between the layers helps the gears stand out and adds incredible visual interest.

I also love inking and distressing the edges of the Designer Series Paper to give it that worn, vintage look. It pulls everything together and enhances the overall rugged style of the card.

If you ever feel stuck creating masculine projects, try focusing on:

• Neutral and earth-tone color palettes
• Texture and layering
• Metallic accents
• Clean but bold sentiments

The Gears & Textures theme makes it easy to create a card that feels thoughtful, strong, and perfect for celebrating the guys in your life. You want this one in your stamp collection.

Happy crafting! ⚙️

Creating in Someone’s Heart Language 💛

When my honey asked if I would create a special gift for his cleaning lady at work… I was absolutely thrilled to say YES! 💛

There is something so meaningful about being asked to create something personal — especially when it’s meant to show appreciation for someone who works hard behind the scenes every single day.

For this project, I used the gorgeous Boho Vibes Designer Series Paper, which brought in such warmth and rich texture. I paired it with the beautiful Spanish stamp set “Amor Sin Límite” (now retired), along with the sentiment Quiero Que Sepas.”

Creating in someone’s heart language adds an entirely different layer of intention. It’s more than ink and paper — it’s connection. It says, I see you. I value you. I care enough to speak your language.

I truly wish we had even more language options to offer friends like this one — because everyone deserves to feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

Handmade with love always hits different. 💕

And this one? It was created with gratitude stitched into every layer.

Flip Top Box

Spring is one of my favorite times of year to create. I just love the soft, cheerful colors that come with the season — and Easter always brings the sweetest inspiration! 🌷🐰

That’s exactly why this little treat box was so much fun to make. Between the adorable bunny and egg images from the Easter Basket Bundle and the bright variety of pastel colors, everything about this project just feels like springtime. The playful patterned paper paired with the layered die cuts really brings the whole design to life.

I also love projects like this because they’re not only cute — they’re practical too! This box is the perfect size to tuck in a small treat, candy, or little surprise. It would be wonderful for Easter baskets, table favors, gifts for friends, or even a sweet surprise for the kids.

Handmade packaging always makes a gift feel extra special, and this one is sure to bring a smile to whoever receives it. 💛
