Create a Turtle-y Cute Spanner Fun Fold Card. This fold adds such a fun surprise element, simple to create and the

adorable turtle just makes it even better.

Measurements:

Base: 

5-1/2" X 8-1/2" score at 4-1/4" measure from the outside edge of the CS at 1-1/4" and cut from the crease of the card base to the open edge. Complete this step for both sides.

Base Center: 

Cardstock 2-7/8" X 4-1/8" + scrap for the scalloped edge
